Problem description:
I frequently want to copy the formatting from one column to another. The
easiest way is to select the whole column by clicking on the column head,
Steps to reproduce:
1. insert new (blank) column
2. select another existing whole column by clicking on the column head.
3. select format paintbrush by clicking on paintbrush tool
4. click on column head of new blank column to copy formatting.
Current behavior:
1. Does nothing.
2. Then generates an error when clicking a random place.
Expected behavior:
Copy formatting of entire column to target column.
