Issue - many of us are using larger screens for desktop work - it would be
useful for Users to be able to add Sticky Notes to documents we are composing
in Writer.
Sticky Notes (see attached screenshot) are NOT Comments - they serve a
different function for the writer - for example as reminders in the
construction of a first draft - allowing the writer to arrange ideas on the
page before committing to any sequence.
Comments serve more of an editing - collaborating function - for example
helping to make transition from 1st to 2nd drafts.
