pdf output of the file from word 2013
When examining from attachment 93106 bug 74262, i noticed that an image didnt
appear in LibO. Not sure if this is an MSO fault as i wasnt able to load the
file in Calligra Words because it would crash trying to open it. Tested on
Linux Mint with LibO 3.6.7, 4.2.4 and 4.3 beta.
