the templates management via the 2 subsubmenus. The display is not the same.

Problem description:
The templates management window has a strange and erratic behavior.
Current behavior:
In the File menu, I have a templates submenu which contains 2 "links" or
subsubmenus :
- save as model
- manage
Note : I'm translating the menus from french.
With these 2 subsubmenus, I get the same window named "templates management".
Via the first menu I can see presentations backgrounds and all of my own
templates. If I go to my own templates I can't edit them.
Via the second menu ("templates management") I only see one template (but I
have more than one). But the one I see I can edit it.
Concerning the presentation backgrounds I see en empty window.
So it's really confusing. The same window is supposed to display the same
information. And why the same window via two different menus?
The other problem is that I can't edit my last templates because when I am able
to access to the edit button I only see one of them. And when I see them all I
can't edit them. The edit button is not there.
But I saw an other problem around this : This morning I added two more
templates (with the import button). One was added and the other not.
Expected behavior:
The same window is supposed to display the same information. And why the same
window via two different menus?
Notice : I had a look into the following folder :
/home/richard/.config/libreoffice/4/user/template/
I can see my templates. But it seems there is a layer between the folder
content and the application. Because if I copy/paste a template file it does
not appear in the application.
Conclusion : I can not edit my last template
