testfile with encapsulated postscript image
Problem description:
Encapsulated Postscript images can be included in LibreOffice tekstfiles. This
works fine. When exporting the file to pdf, however, these images donot appear
in the pdf-file. In Ubuntu 12.04 this used to work.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file
2. Export to pdf
3. Open pdf file
Current behavior: no image in pdf-file
Expected behavior: imag in pdf-file
Operating System: Ubuntu
Version: 4.2.3.3 release
