time to open a blank document:
.ods : 5[s]
.xlsx : instant
Also:
- I read many bugs reports, looks like its a recurrent issue, sorry if I did
miss one, but the last I found says it was fixed in 4.1, but
- Opening a larger document is not slower for me.
- Other opening speed issues where fixed with (sudo fc-cache -f -v)
- hardware is fast, and I used tmpfs for tests
