The PDF I am trying to edit.
When I open a PDF in Libreoffice and attempt to change the justification of any
of the text fields to center or right, the text stays left justified. I have
attached the file I am trying to edit.
Saving it in LibreOffice Draw format and reopening still does not allow me to
center or right justify the text.
