Problem description: Several of the icons on the main panel and items in
various menus are colored.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install LibreOffice
2. Set theme to Sifr
3. Start any LibreOffice component (writer, impress, etc.)
Current behavior:

New Documents icon is colored. So are some of the icons in the File menu.
Expected behavior:

All icons are monochromatic.
