I don't  have

Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice/Accessibility - Support assistive ......

to disable. Just a set of Miscellaneous options and Options for high contrast
appearance. Unchecking them all and restarting improved the situation a little,
but I get the impression it's more a video display issue.

Sorry, not techy enough to go deeper. Happy to look at logs or try some
diagnostics with advice.
