Using "English (U.S:)" I can import easily txt files generated in software tools that do not use locale and the commas and thousand separators are correctly identified and changed in to the ones defined by my locale. I onnly wonder if this wouldn't be clearer with the label in the dialog being "LOCALE". I always regarded this as representing international character conversions.
