The Locale setting in LibreOffice > Options > Language Settings > Languages
does not automatically match the Region setting in OS X > System Settings >
Language & Region.
For example: In OS X (v. 10.9.3), language is set to English and region to
Sweden, however in LibreOffice, both User interface and Locale setting are set
to English (USA).
