Attached file contains issue at end note reference number 43 which has an
equation in it.
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached docx in Libre Office on Ubuntu 12.04
Current behavior: The file crashes.
Expected behavior: The file shouldn't crash.
As observed the crash occurs at
assert(m_aContextStack.size() == contextSize); in DomainMapper.cxx:3023.
The issue is occuring in files containing endnote references. The
m_aContextStack size is 6 as compared to contextSize which is 3.
