This demonstrate the bug
1) insert a small picture
2) insert a legend to it
=> the legend is to tiny because it won't be larger then the frame
3) try to manually enlage the frame whic contains the picute + legend by
pulling it to make it wider. it will make the picture higher as well. (exend on
two directions)
The normal behavioiur should be that the pictures remains the same size, only
the legend has more place.
