Bullets seem to affect the overall numbering scheme. I have a heading 1 with
numbering numbered to 3 (for example); I have some text inside of this
paragraph with bullets. When I add another heading 2 after the bullets, the
numbering should go to 3.1. Instead it goes to 1.1. If I right-click and try
to continue numbering, it switches to a bullet. If I re-click on numbering not
bullets it goes to 1. No way it seems to get the next paragraph to be 3.1
