Problem description:
A spreadsheet OLE file is editted in a working .odt file and then it stops
being editable. Opens a file with some glyphs.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Edit some ole object in the document
2. exit the edition mode
3. Try to edit again the ole object
Current behavior:
Spreadsheet object opens in new writer document with some glyphs
Expected behavior:
Open object for edition inside the current document.
