1. Open writer
2. Insert image
3. Right click on image and left click on "Picture..."
4. Click on "Transparency" tab
Observed: Currently you can only control image background transparency here
Request: Able to control image transparency as well and this to coincide with
values given in the image toolbar that come up when you left click once on an
image.
I think that this is expected when you click on the transparency tab but it's
currently missing.
