We have a 'Style and Formatting' window now which you can dock or open in the Sidebar. In that dialog you can set 'page styles' easily (landscape and portrait). Adding more buttons for the same thing in the menu bar will clutter it more. And in LibreOffice we highly advice users to use 'Styles' as this is the best way of keeping this as consistent as possible.
