LO 4.2.5.2 (new version) help works correctly on PC with win 8.1 64 bit (so it doesn't seem to be anything to do with the way I install them, the packages or en-GB help). But these new packages still behave as reported in the original bug on the original Vista PC I used. I also tried them on another separate Vista 32 SP2 PC and the built-in help will not run at all; it always goes to the web help - I have done uninstall, reboots and reinstalls of both packages without success. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
