Problem description: call inside graphs outs not opened or saved
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....start spread sheet
2. ....create a chart and double click inside to edit it
3. ....swith on drawings toolbar and insert a call out with text
4. save the doc and close
5. open the doc ... the call out is gone
Current behavior: call outs are not saved
Expected behavior: call outs & comments must be retained with the graphs /
charts
