Problem description:
When i open a file in Libreoffice (every kind of file) for the first time and i
push the "File" button the software stops and blocks for about 12 seconds and
then restarts. During the same session if i try to push an other time the
"File" button, it works prperly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a file like .ods or .doc
2. Press the "File" button on the upper left corner of the window
Current behavior:
The button become dark gray for about 12 seconds and software get stuck. Then
it works properly showing the relative drop-down menu.
Expected behavior:
Open immediatly the drop-down menu without stucking
