The key combination I use is either command-space (fast switching between two main keyboards) or command-option-space (switching between all available keyboards). Since I reported the bug, I have rebooted after installing Libre Office and it seems to work better. command-space and using the keyboard menu work. command-option-space doesn’t work but I think this was already the case before.
