Screen shot showing that when language is selected as English(India) and 
AutoSpellcheck is ON no spelling mistakes are underlined.

Problem description: 
If language of document is selected as English(India) then even if 
AutoSpellcheck is turned on, it does not show any spelling mistakes.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new document
2. Select editing language as English(India). The default is English(USA)
3. Turn on AutoSpellcheck and start writing.

Current behavior:
Spelling mistakes are not underlined with red serpent line.

Expected behavior:
Spelling mistakes should be underlined with red serpent line for language 
English(India).
