New test file to reproduce the issue (DOCX)

I have tried to reproduce the issue using the following steps:
1. In MS Word 2010, create a file, save it and add a header (Insert > Header)
2. In the header, add the FileName field (Insert > Quick Parts > Field >
FileName)
3. To compare the support in headings versus the body, you can also insert the
FileName field in the body.
4. Close the file, then open it in LibreOffice. Check whether the FileName
field is correctly rendered.

I opened the file in LibreOffice 4.0.4.2, 4.1.0.4 and 4.2.5.2 on Windows 7 (32
bits) and saw no error messages; the rendering was the same as in Microsoft
Word 2010. The attached file is the test file that I used.
