Problem description:
The handle of the vertical scroll bar has a very small clickable area that does
not match the handle's length; it's confined to the very top of the handle.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a large enough document in Writer so that the vertical scroll bar
appears.
2. Click somewhere between the middle and the bottom of the handle of the
vertical scroll bar.
Current behavior:
Writer will directly page-down the document.
Expected behavior:
Be able to drag the handle.
Platform (if different from the browser): Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3
