Seems you haven't answer all question in comment 3 : issue only happen with
dual screen? disabling h/w acceleration resolved issue?

Yes at least you know LO original UI.. :D It's just a test whether the problem
is gone.. :) So..problem gone with libreoffice-gtk removed?
Dev will easier to make a fix if the trigger is known.
You could also try with only removing libreoffice-gnome and keep
libreoffice-gtk.

Your video info might also help.

It's been reported in another bug report, you could search that.

I forgot to ask: LO installed in your system from Ubuntu repository, or LO PPA,
or deb package in LO official site ?

And don't forget to change status to UNCONFIRMED after you provide the
information, otherwise there is small chance for dev to look into your report
(with NEEDINFO status)
