I did
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

and it did not upgrade the LibreOffice.

Then I did the following:

1. I uninstalled all LibreOffice.
2. I downloaded the latest and unzipped it.
3. ran: sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Now I have:

LibreOffice
Version: 4.2.5.2
Build ID: 61cb170a04bb1f12e77c884eab9192be736ec5f5

It runs faster and it focuses upon open (which the last version did not).
Very stable when opening large csv files and no crashes. 
The rename Sheet clipboard bug no longer exist.

In the future I will add the PPA which I usually try to avoid for many reasons.
