When selecting the buttons for drawing color, drawing background color, or
highlight color, the color select popup is transparent as if it were an
inactive window (in my system settings, I have set a certain transparency for
inactive windows). When I set the transparency of inactive windows to
non-transparent, everything works fine. The bug occurs independently from using
themes or not.
