Problem description:
When in fullscreen mode some shortcut keys do not work (e.g. ctrl-s for save,
ctrl-v for paste) while others seem to work (e.g. ctrl-x for cut)
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....go to fullscreen mode
2. ....try different shortcut keys (e.g. try saving or cutting and pasting)
3. ....
Current behavior:
some shortcut keys do nothing
Expected behavior:
all shortcut keys should be consistent with their behavior in regular viewing
mode
