I do not have the problem with any other applications, only LibreOffice, and I have only noticed it in Calc. I can't say what causes it - it seems to appear intermittently when I am working. It seldom stops - I have to close the application, and sometimes reboot Windows. It does not seem to be triggered by any particular file, or action, that I have noticed. It sometimes precedes a LibreOffice crash.
