--- Comment #8 from DavidM <[email protected]> --- Ok, now that I figured out that file manager is not part of libre office, and I now understand that it is part of windows ..... (and which my computer technician (from Geek Squad) did not either, when I asked him to try and fix it, and told me that it was libre's problem) Jay should of realized (saw) that I did not understand that file manager was not part of Libre office but part of windows, and explained that to me, instead of just saying that they will not add that feature that I asked for. There what do you call that kind of customer service. I also think your beratement of me was ridiculous and unwarranted. There was nothing wrong with the words that I used, because they were true. Is a person not allowed to speak the truth? Your customer skills are poor. I am probably a lot older than you are, too. You have no right to call anybody “ridiculous”, “irresponsible” or “reprehensible”. I did not see Jay replying to you in a disrespectful or insulting manner, an I don’t think his response deserves any of your qualifiers. > but you are wrong Nobody’s “wrong” or “right” here. > It is a very necessary [...] No, it is not. That’s your opinion. Why should LibreOffice start adding file management features? If you find deleting files “extremely awkward and cumbersome”, I would blame Windows 8. Microsoft Office has never had a “Delete this document” command as well. That simply does not belong in an office suite.
