Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
[1] Create a new text document and insert some text.
[2] Open Navigator. (F5)
[3] Insert 2 tables, 2 hyperlinks and 2 comments.
[4] Expand tables, hyperlinks and comments in Navigator.
[5] Insert another table, hyperlink or comment. In Navigator tables, hyperlinks
and comments collapse. Expected: No collapse.
[6] Expand tables, hyperlinks and comments in Navigator again.
[7] Change one of the comments. In Navigator tables, hyperlinks and comments
collapse. Expected: No collapse.
Works for me in Version 3.6.7. Bug exists the first time in Version 4.0.0.
