Problem description:
I've been searching for a feature that allows me to remove the footer only on
the first and second pages but it miss. Maybe I just haven't found it...
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the footer
2. Go to the firt page
3. Try to remove the footer only on the first page (and than on the second).
Operating System: Windows 8
