Median should return the number that is middle of the ordered sequence. Please
see the failure with the following data

Current behavior:
apply median operator as follows
=MEDIAN(A1:A100) --> 46.5 (INCORRECT!)
Expected behavior:
median should be 47.
Median should return an integer in this case, not a floating point number!
