Currently there's much usage of VERBOSE, VERBOSE_DEBUG, DEBUG to print verbose
debugging messages. These should be coverted to their according
OSL_DEBUG_LEVEL.

sd/source/ui/framework/configuration/ConfigurationUpdater.cxx
