I have experienced this before with documents at work: LO Writer-4.2.5 cannot
import comment fields from .doc (and possibly .docx) files.
http://mpeg.chiariglione.org/sites/default/files/files/standards/parts/docs/w14331.zip
contains a file that shows the problem. The footer from page 1 doesn’t display
data for the following fields:
Document type:
Document subtype:
Document stage:
Document language:
Sorry for my poor description, but I think this issue is a burden for
converting quite a few documents in corporate environments.
