Setting to UNCONFIRMED.
Note: REOPENED is for a bug that a developer says they fixed (thus the bug is
put into RESOLVED -> FIXED) but a user can still see the problem on a version
that should be fixed.
For bugs never confirmed by a neutral third party the correct status is
UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!
