Problem description:
Portable version of Writer doesn't remember window-size when opened from
launch-center. (Opening it directly hasn't this problem.)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Maximize the Writer-window
2. Close it
3. Open it again from the launch-center
Current behavior:
Writer doesn't open the maximazed size you leaved it.
Expected behavior:
It should opened maximized (remember the last window-size you leaved it)
This problem is in the portable version, I don't know if installed versions
have the same problem.
