The vertical scrollbar in "Appearance" dialog is broken and only some
preferences are shown.
Steps:
1) Start LibreOffice
2) Tools -> Options -> LibreOfficeDev -> Appearance
3) Try to scrolldow
Current behaviour:
* The scrollbar doesn't work properly
Expected behaviour:
* All the options can be visualized
Broken version on Ubuntu 14.04 x86_64:
