explanation of the bug

Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Writer.
2. Write some text to create several pages.
3. Numerate the pages (Insert-->Footer-->Default Syle-->Instert-->Field-->Page
Numbering)
4. Try to move some of the pointers from the rulers. The next page that You are
used the rulers gets a number 1. Сo the pagination is now 1, 1, 2, 3...
If you previously used the rulers, the page numbering done in order 0, 1, 2,...

Current behavior: undecided

Expected behavior: When I try to use rulers and page numbering, the numbering
of pages to be correct - 1, 2, 3, 4, .....
