If you have a frame with transparent background colour over an image, it fills
the frame with white colour.

I think this is an old bug that didn't happened with my previous version of
LibreOffice (forgot what version), but I can see it happened the same before
here (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=60525) and
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34585)
