LibO 4.3 VS 3.3
Steps:
1) Open https://www.libreoffice.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=103815
2) Notice that there is a blue rectangle on the first page
3) export to pdf or print to pdf printer (e.g. CUPS)
4) Open pdf
5) rectangle is black
Tested on 3.6.7, 4.2.5, 4.3.1 on Linux Mint. Its a regression as 3.3.0 has it
in blue.
