Problem description: Calc crashes on sub-Totals with custom sort list
Steps to reproduce:
1. Define custom sort list of possible values in a status column
2. Select range of cells with header and data rows, with some columns to be
sub-totalled based on value of a status field
3. Data -> sub-totals -> Select status column with sum for required columns,
and on options tab, select custom sort defined in step 1.
Current behavior: Calc crashes
Expected behavior: Sub-totals with data ordered as per custom sort list
Operating System: Ubuntu
