Problem description:
LibreOfficeDrawPortable is not working and crashs.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Install portable version of LibreOffice
2.double click LibreOfficeDrawPortable ICON to start the program
3.LibreOfficeDrawPortable starts up and Windows-Firewall asks for permission to
access Internet
4. Deny Access to Internet
5. LibreOfficeDrawPortable is not working and crashs.
