Steps:
1) open attachment 104034
2) scroll to page 2
3) You will see that the header has 2
Word 2013 VS LibO 4.3.1 - attachment 104035
Tested on 4.3.1 on Linux and master on Windows. This is a regression that began
in 4.0.x or 4.1.x. 4.0.6 wont open the sample file, so i'm not sure if its
present in that branch.
