Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.3.0.4 release

Export HTML omits the color scale background color, unlike export PDF.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create numerical data cells such as a row of data 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Select the cells.
2. Format / Conditional Formatting / Color Scale ...
(default is 3-color scale from min value, to 50%, to max value)
click OK
(cells should now have varying background colors depending on values)
3. File / Export ...
select File Format: html
click Save
Actual result: HTML table cells have no background colors
Expected result: HTML table cells do have background colors like spreadsheet
In contrast:
4. File / Export as PDF ...
Click Export
Click Save
Actual result: PDF table cells have background colors like spreadsheet
In contrast:
5. File Save As ...
select File format: html
click Save
Actual Result: HTML table cells have no background colors
Expected result: HTML table cells do have background colors like spreadsheet
In contrast:
bug 37878 attachment 47475 uses boolean conditional formatting, not a color
scale.
File / Export ... (file format: html): html table cells have no background
colors
File / Save As ... (file format: html): html table cells DO have background
colors like spreadsheet
