I'll explain. 

Actually it's about changing LibreOffice design and development language,
nevertheless, it's still a very small step. 

LibreOffice's long term aim should be getting rid of all cross-platform
elements, streamline its code, and serve to folks in the native ways of their
operating systems.

So why there is a need for a separate LibreOffice dialog box, when OS's provide
one? Get rid of it, get rid of some ugly piece of code, simplify settings
dialog box, and bingo!

So some will argue, it's FOSS, it's all about choice bla bla. Yeah, it's about
choice, some might compile a version of their own with the ugly dialog box if
they want it too much.

It's already late for LibreOffice to take radical design decisions, 4 years,
and still no roadmap, nothing. So let this be a small step in that direction.
