Problem description:
The first step of dialog wizard of Base is broken on MacOs (10.9.4) with master
sources updated today.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open LO Base (do not open a Base file)
2. Look the UI
Current behavior:
The UI shows the 2 steps in left column but right panel is empty (see
screenshot). It's French UI but even with English (en-US) UI it fails.
Expected behavior:
The right panel shouldn't be empty
