Tools > AutoCorrect Options > Options tab > uncheck "Capitalise first letter of
every sentence". This prevents the auto-capitalisation of "dim = 2" to "Dim =
2" under GNU/Linux x86_64 using:

- v3.5.7.2 Build ID: 3215f89-f603614-ab984f2-7348103-1225a5b
- v4.3.0.3 Build ID: 62ad5818884a2fc2e5780dd45466868d41009ec0

... (both en-AU locale with fresh user profiles) so this behaviour appears to
have been consistent for some time.

I have commented in the related bug. It already appears to have been resolved
sometime between v3.5 and v4.x so I do not think these are the same issue. I do
however think this report can be RESOLVED as WORKSFORME, but please test.
Status set back to UNCONFIRMED.
