So to have a consistent behavior, set a character style or a paragraph style (F11) with the defined language you want to use and stick to that paragraph style. If you copy and paste text, use paste special (ctrl+shift+V) and paste without formatting. Set as Worksforme, if you're problem is not solved, please ask for more help on the users@ list or reset the issue on Unconfirmed.
