a WRITER file showing the bad formatting
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a numbered list
2. insert more than 10 items
3. observe the bad formatting ... period after each number should be lined up.
Current behavior:
The periods after the numbers do NOT line up and this causes formatting issues
with lists
